Staff in the dining room work diligently to make sure all the dirty plates are removed and clean tables are ready. Immediately replenish the plates at the buffet and greet you with a smile. "Very clean room. Friendly and professional staff. As a returning customer we were greeted with a free bottle of 20 years old Ararat Nairi brandy and sweets! The included breakfast is absolutely delicious and healthy. Will be back again!"

"The place was wonderful. The staff (only one person) was very helpful to recommend many things to do including bus and marchuteny route numbers. Very close to the center of town - located inside an apartment building (shank) that local people live in - real homey and genuine. Wonderful fresh cut flowers in the room and live rooms on the window sill. Will stay here again."

"The location of the property was the only thing it has going for it. The beds don’t have a proper sheet on it and you can clearly see the dirty stained mattress. They give you an old dirty brown blanket and I don’t know who you have to bribe to get the hot water running. We begrudgingly stayed one night even though we had booked 3 and the next morning packed up and left. It’s an old, run down hotel that needs major upgrades and tlc. "
