"1. Location of the hotel is the best. So central, you can walk to main places 6-8 minutes. 2. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, market, stores around the hotel. 3. "I had a wonderful stay at Ani Plaza Hotel. It’s centrally located and walking distance to the Cascade and many restaurants/ cafes. They have an excellent breakfast buffet that makes the stay totally worth it. The hotel is a bit outdated but well kept and clean. Would recommend for an affordable stay in lovely Yerevan! "

"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room.
