Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. "We arrived to our confirmed booking to find the hotel closed down earlier than expected with no notice from booking agent or hotel themselves, both of which had our contact details. "The staff were very friendly. Met the managers Jessie, Vincent, Deo, Front Office Managers and staff Maddie,Irish and Helen, Frank. They were all accomodating and welcoming.The grounds were kept clean and well manicured. The room was elegantly appointed. We enjoyed the Christmas Buffet and Carolers. Top notch hotel and service. We love the private beach that is away from the crowd of station 1 and 2. Our home away from home. Will be back to stay again."
