"Beautiful hotel, only downside not really close to the main attractions "

"We stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon trip to Japan. We loved the views of mount fuji from our bedroom and waking up to a delightful traditional breakfast while looking at fuji dressed with a yukata. The bus offered to transport us back and forth from the station was also very useful and made our journey easier"

"I cannot say enough the good things about this property. First of all the price is very good. And it comes with free shuttle pickup from the train station. Free breakfast. Decent size of room. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Automatic check-in checkout machine. When we checked out to go to Gotemba premium outlet as the next step, I realized they have a free bus service to send us straight there. And we could have used the same free service when we came from Mishima train station which could saved more. Highly recommended."

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels and areas we have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind, helpful, and fun. The dinner included with our reservation was top tier and the outside gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We spent most of our time walking around enjoying the garden in between dinner and the onsen. We can not wait to visit here again. "

"Incredible facility and staff with stunning nature walks and views easily accessible nearby and from the hotel itself. Only drawback is that to get food at night, it’s a bit of a walk down dark streets to reach the restaurant-heavy area - but the hotel does also offer onsite dinner. Overall, wonderful stay and would book again!"

"A lovely hotel. Room was a great size for a family of four. Lots of lovely little extras available. My daughter loved the skin care products. Great views of Mount Fuji from the room and roof top terrace. Short walk to the lake. "
