"We rented a room that said to have a double or two twin beds. It ended up giving us a double bed. We requested for 2 twin beds. They said no more for the next 2 nights. After they found out that we’re going to say 3 night, they gave us a 2 twin beds roomed with extra fee. The staff was polite and listened to us patiently 👍. They offered two types of breakfast with lots of choices 👍👍"

"Wonderful experience at Fuji Gran Villa. Imagine waking up every morning to the mount Fuji view from the comfort of your room. Villa was spotless and clean. Very well maintained. Water pressure is strong and love the sauna function in the bathroom especially in the cold weather. The bathtub automatically stop the water once it is filled and you can choose your desired water temperature too. Beside the usual hair dryer,they also provide hair straightener for ladies :) Breakfast is served to the villa every morning at your selected time. Location wise, is not exactly near but walkable to the Highland Q station where the Fuji Q theme park is and restaurants is located there as well. Approximately 10-12 mins walk but it does seems a long walk back especially in the cold and at night when it's pretty dark but overall is safe. The hotel do offer free shuttle to some train stations and reservation is required. Location wise , not the most ideal if you do not have a car but the overall service and villa comfort makes up for it and we will definitely choose Fuji Gran again!"
