"Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. Also I wish there’s a dish rack, because some of the plates are still wet in the storage area, one small towel a day...

"Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV"

"I loved A16. It is an ideal spot to start a trip to Tokyo. It was very easy to get to, coming from Narita Airport and there are LOTS of good, cheap dining options within a very short walk. While not necessarily the closest place to tourist spots, it is very close to Asakusa-bashi train station, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. "I've stayed here in the past and the location is excellent. Located on a quiet street there is no traffic noise. Common area/ bar is a pleasant area and they've added a breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price...I didn't try it, but it looked good. I forgot how uncomfortably firm the bed is which is why it isn't a 5 star review"

"Value for money. Easy walk from Ueno exit. It’s abit of a walk from the gate but it’s easy to drag to luggage over to the exit and to the hostel. Bed and pillow is too hard for my liking but I stay only 1 night here so it’s fine. Bring your own towel! They charge a small amount for the towel. "

"A wonderful airport hotel. We stayed in a superior twin room in the annex. Although some fixtures were a little dated, the room was in no way shabby. In fact, we were very impressed by how well-maintained, clean and retro elegant everything was. Massive bathroom with a comfortable bath tub. The room overlooked a lovely little garden area that had an interesting light display on at night. Staff at the hotel knew what guests needed and sorted everything out at check in. They confirmed breakfast plans, let us know that check out was going to be very quick (simply a matter of dropping off our room key at a designated point), and noted the time of our airport shuttle bus transfer for the next morning. Staying at Hotel Nikko Narita took the stress out of getting to the airport on time, and we felt like we were in very safe, reliable hands. There were also plenty of friendly staff in the lobby who were only too keen to look after guests and their luggage upon arrival as well as at departure. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality, Hotel Nikko Narita!"

"It's about a 13-15 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Convenient enough. There was a police station just down the street so seemed safe. There was shopping so by including a 7-11 just down the block for quick eats as there is no restaurant onsite. Price was really good. The room was just the right size for me as I was traveling solo. Nice bathroom and I found the bed comfortable compared to harder beds I've had in Japan. Nice amenities to take for your stay, both in the lobby and in the room. I would come back again."
