The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. "I was in Nottingham for just 16 hours and so I needed a hotel centrally located and “decent” which is why I chose a chain and the Regency BW Signature sounded very posh, however whilst the room and towels etc were clean, the floor I was on was under renovation and my biggest frustration was the shower. It was broken and was not fit for purpose. Which for over £100 should be standard. I reported the issue on checkout but I was offered nothing other than an apology and that it would be fixed for the next guest. "

"We weren't advised there was a pool, so we didn't get to use it. Staff were all lovely, especially receptionist who booked us in. But the second lift being out of order meant we had to wait for the lift when checking out. There was a chair in our room [118] that needed joints gluing and could have collapsed, and somewhere in the bathroom is leaking damp, resulting in a few harmless fruit flies and damagedbath panel and skirting. "
