"Nice room with comfortable beds. Extensive breakfast with North American and Asian options. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very militant about not checking until exactly 3:00pm and cleaning up breakfast at exactly 10:00am. Also the coffee and lattes from the. Escape machine tasted burned. Overall tho a good stay."

"I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is close to department stores and street food, and the rooms are very clean and modern. Most importantly, however, the staff at this hotel were some of the best I've encountered. Thomas and his team were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They gave me great tips about the city and made my trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, espcially because of the excellent front desk team...
