"I was looking for a quite and affordable accommodation. This is best for families. Lot of families with kids. We came for an early flight and staff were very nice and gave us an early check.in. lot of breakfast options available 😋. The hotel is near to ASDA ALDI MCDONALD'S AND TIM HORANS. Taxi from airpirt cost £35 to £40. It cost around £12 to£15 to Bull ring shopping centre in city. The house keeping is excellent. The rooms arejust right and have a kettle & iron. Aircon is very good. Nice warm shower and overall a verynice for families. Recommended. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. I found that variety of breakfast good for the price. In respect of my room, I felt it could do with a little TLC, however this did not dampen my stay. I would definitely stay again "

"I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it for our splash and dash. I used the pool with my boy which was a nice way to start the day. "
