"If you want to be right in the centre this is the place to be. Unfortunately a lots of building work going on next door but in the evening this had no affect on the hotel and generally a quiet place to sleep if you are a few floors up. Hotel staff very helpful."

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."

"I stay with two of my colleagues, so three one bedroom apartments. Each were excellent both in size, quality, cleanliness. just one small point was the difficulty was the heating which took sometime to try to manage. Apart from that everything was fine and would definitely book again. "

"Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place. "

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again."

A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "Reasonably priced hotel near to the NEC. We had a last minute stop over at the NEC and had a comfortable room with all of the expected in-room facilities. The decor is a bit dated but in good condition. Can't really fault it for a quick stop over. Plus parking is free which is a huge bonus in that area!"

"I found my room really clean, but i was a bit concerned that the room was a bit too hot through the night, apart from that i really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was nice as well, definitely staying again in 1 of these hotels.."

Good Stay, but Parking is an issue

"Everything was good staff food room my only complaint would be the parking is a good distance from the hotel. It’s at least a 10 minute walk. I don’t have a blue badge but I am waiting for a knee operation so this is not a good one if you have trouble walking. "

Amazing stay!

"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. I enjoy my stay, Definitely will come back. Thank you! Merci! "
