"The service was amazing, and the hotel is so charming! I stayed in one of the garden rooms and loved walking through the courtyard to get there. I was greeted by the Inn's cat, Annabelle, who kindly escorted me to my room. My only suggestion for improvement is a station to refill reusable waterbottles. I'll certainly be staying here again the next time I'm in Richmond!"

"Very nice stay but being that’s it’s winter time they should really take into consideration the pool around shouldn’t feel like outside . They should make sure the heat is turned on & if they can’t accommodate that , let guest know ahead of time."
