Hotel wasn’t perfect, looked like hair on a towel or 2, the sink wasn’t draining right, the lamp on the far side was always hot to the touch, and actually burned my wife’s finger, lastly the light for the beauty mirror wasn’t working But other than these mess ups, it was a good stay

It's a beautiful old hotel that has been renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was simple, and the attendants were great. The room was clean and is what you would expect for the price. The only downside of my room was the view of the building next to us and there was no fridge in the room. This was my first time staying in Richmond, I had a great time in the city and when I return, I would definitely stay at the Berkeley.
