"The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. "

"A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again, given the opportunity."

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. "Love the quirky historic artefacts displayed around - suits the age of the property. Spacious and really clean room and bathroom, super comfortable bed. Great breakfast too and such reasonable pricing. Nice welcome and very helpful staff. Conveniently close to The Robin for our gig. Glad to have found this hotel and will definitely be returning."

"My partner and I stayed here Saturday through to Sunday to watch Craig David at the BP pulse live. After doing a bit of research so glad we stayed at the Hilton. Upon arrival, parking was very easy to navigate. We checked in and was informed to book dinner reservations and swimming pool reservations which I think helped us secure on the Sunday a swimming slot at 10 o’clock, which was a perfect time and not many people were using their facilities. We was not able to book into their restaurant for dinner, but we went to the nearby restaurants close to BP pulse live venue. We stayed in room 4097 and was overlooking the car park very nice room the bed was amazingly comfy, and stylish. Parking is £16 for overnight stays. Staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing . A large variety of options . All the coffees hot chocolate juices . Cooked breakfast, porridge, cereals and Pastries. Stylish decor throughout and very pleased we stay at the Hilton for our weekend getaway. We used the pool the following day on check out and had full use of the steam room, sauna,pool and jets . Manage to get a sun lounger and was very relaxed afterwards. The only point I’d recommend them adding was shampoo and conditioner as they didn’t have these in the showers just body wash which was lovely Crabtree brand smells amazing! Part from that had hair dryers and towels to use for free . Would recommend and stay again. "
