"The property was very reasonably priced for this weekend as nearby hotels were very expensive due to it being graduation weekend at University of Nottingham. The owner was friendly and cooked an excellent breakfast which was included . It served its purpose for the one night stay ."

I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great.
The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any time....
Overall though,not a bad stay abd rooms were nice and quiet and comfortable which is the most important thing. "
