"This is a house where the owner rents a few of her rooms. The bathroom is shared. This wasn’t exactly clear to me. My room had a fridge but no microwave. The owner let me use the microwave in her kitchen. Also, I was able to make coffee in the morning in her kitchen.Anyway, it’s a nice house and the owner is very pleasant and friendly."

"Check in and out process was a breeze. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately the hot tub was out of service and one of the reasons I booked here. "

"The hotel was fairly clean, the only issue we had, or actually, the biggest issue we had was, there was a couch in our room? That was basically, it looks like it was 30 years old, dirty and smelly. We had to put one of the blankets from the closet on it, just to sit on the couch. The breakfast? Yes, it was free, but definitely lacking. The best thing was the waffle. As far as the eggs bacon sausage, whatever was there, they were pretty much. Terrible."

"you don't want people taking food to the room but you don't have enough seating for everyone. People don't check the parking so when someone like me needs a handicap spot there are cars in these spaces with no placard. the sofa bed was horrible, you need new mattresses. "

"Residence Inn Marriott was very helpful accommodating. This establishmentfront desk worker named "Rose"personality fits the hospitality field with a 9 out 10 rating. Only thing the negative for this establishment is the $5.00 a night fee charged, not gated nor security24/7."

"The hotel is in an industrial area where a train goes by and honks its horn through the day and night. The surrounding area is not nice and the hotel is under remodel and looks to be average at best from the outside. They are a pet friendly hotel and dogs could be heard barking from other rooms. However, the rooms were nicely fitted and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"**Fantastic Stay at Holiday Inn Glendale!** My stay at **Holiday Inn Glendale** was outstanding! From the moment I arrived at 2:30am, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and my room was **spacious, modern, and impeccably clean**. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The **on-site restaurant and bar** offered delicious meals, and the breakfast options were excellent. I also enjoyed the **fitness center and outdoor jacuzzi**, which added to the relaxing experience. The location is perfect—**being in the entertainment district, close to shopping, dining, and attractions**, with plenty of parking available. The high-speed Wi-Fi and in-room amenities, like a mini-fridge and keurig, made my stay even more convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with **exceptional service, great facilities, and a prime location**. "So far, this stay has been better than my first stay. I’ve only had one setback so far. The first is when I first walked into my room it was still daylight and the temperature was set to an uncomfortable 78 degrees Fahrenheit."

Surprisingly good hotel

"It was a great hotel. Me and my husband loved that this hotel was literally right next to a mall and a bunch of other places that you can just walk to so it saved us a lot of money that we didn’t have to use uber. I rated cleanliness 4/5 because i did notice curtains had stains on them but aside from that everything was perfect and the shower looked brand new as if they had renovated. I would recommend putting ur privacy sign on the door during your entire stay unless you want to hear a loud knocking from housekeeping at 10AM😂. Aside from that housekeeping was very attentive to what we needed. Front desk is very welcoming, soon as me and my husband entered they quickly greeted us and was very friendly. I rate my entire 5 nights stay a 4/5 only because during the day if u were sleeping in or just relaxing you can hear everything going on outside if the people are being loud that includes kids stomping around. Aside from that everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. "

Windmill Suites Surprise, Ascend Hotel Collection

"I enjoyed my stay at the Windmill suites in Surprise Az. The location is great off iof Bell Road. It is close to Restaurants, stores snd the freeway. The beds are comfortable and i enjoyed having the connecting living room. The tasty breakfast was included and a good selection of hot items. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns etc. i would stay here again. "
