Added a 150$ charge for each nite, had to charge back to get credit. Desk staff mostly uncooperative manager took opportunity to charge fees saying “ the computer” does this. Keys didn’t work on 3 of 5 returns to the room. Front desk said “ I just work here”. Treated customers with a poor attitude: take it or leave it! Cleaning staff was very polite & helpful.

The hotel and location itself is great but I ended up leaving due to noise. I called the front desk because the people right next to me were very loud and sounded like they were smoking. Kept looking for their lighters and slamming doors. Not sure if they were ever called but they did not stop. Left at around 9:30pm because i needed to be up early for work :(

I like the location and convenience for dining out and the only thing different was that housekeeping didn't go every day to clean and had to be schedule for them to replaced towels.
