"A flying visit but well worth it. Rooms are grand and so comfortable, very clean and well put together. Very quiet and peaceful at night and all the staff were warm and welcoming, so polite and exceptional service. We’d love to visit again and stay for longer to make use of spa and facilities."

"Our stay with the Holiday inn colchester was excellent! The customer service here was truly amazing, such helpful friendly staff that go completely out your way especially as it was our first trip away from home with a baby! We can’t thank the staff here enough for making our stay wonderful! A BIG thank you to Lisa at the hotel restaurant for looking after us so well at breakfast and to Debbie at the reception for being so helpful! "

"Has a feeling of space especially with golf course. A country hotel. Good facilities- swimming pool , Turkish bath, sauna (at minute jacuzzi not working). WiFi good and TV with freeview channels. Nice bathroom with tub. Did not eat at hotel - walked to an Indian restaurant at the edge of the driveway to the hotel. There is now a coffee shop next to the Indian as well. "
