"My wife and I stayed at the property on 16th and 17th November for our wing anniversary. The first room allocated to us was the basic double room. Perfectly fine apart from the noise caused by a generator, not bad but my wife is a light sleeper. So we upgraded to another room. Great view of the pond at the front and quiet. Wonderful ! The following ight we were informed by staff that we did not need to pay for the upgrade, so that was a nice treat. The staff were friendly and efficient...

"Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. At parts the hotel was dated. I stayed in a 'budget' room. Which i wasnt aware until i got into thr room that it wad internal and had no windows. Fine for just a night ot two but no more. Warm room, but fans are provided. The

area was a little run down but still really good value for what was there and the area was clean and a lot of facilities. I would stay again."

Shame as all the other staff were professional and very friendly. Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi wasn't workking but lovely steam room and suana. "
