"Centro flat 11. The apartment was clean and lots of room. However there were a few issues. the grill was the wrong size for the oven and did not fit. There was no oven trays, the fan in the main bathroom was on permanently. These were only minor issues but couldd do with sorting out. In general a good location and nice property. I used this area alot for business and would use this again"

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. Great stay

"I loved my stay at Mercure and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. The staff were clear in making sure I knew which services were available and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen closed at 8pm on the night of my stay but using Deliveroo and waiting outside was no problem."

"I have stayed at Kents Hill several times. It offers good clean comfortable accommodation at very reasonable prices. On this occasion I noticed that the tv in the room had been updated which was a very nice touch and tbh a huge improvement. On site parking is plentiful. Everything that you need for a weekend stay in Milton Keynes. Highly recommended. "
