As a Hotel is good but treatment for.people.in hostal is so different. Guys in the front desk just receive the guest and do not explain or show conditions as they do with the regular clients of the hotel area.

The staff is so incredibly kind! I love that there are multiple pool options, only thing I’d change is the Continental breakfast: it’s literally just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich lol but the stay here was great

For me, the location was the priority. the facilities again for me since I was out every day from sunup to late in the evening was again excellent. And above all very safe and secure. Overall, there was nothing I did not like. Since I have to go back there in January I will want to stay at the same plce.

Many kind people on the property to greet me and help with any questions. I came at a very quiet time which (late June) which I appreciated—practically didn’t see any other people. The property could use some maintenance and extra cleaning in areas, and jacuzzi did not heat up. Great location to accessing downtown Willemstad. Overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. Access to the Ritz beach pool was a huge plus!

I'm American and got my own room. The place was fairly empty (in early December), so not too much interaction with others (for better or worse). The building is old but everything is clean and in great working order. Great water pressure in showers, really clean bathrooms and kitchen, AC worked great (you'll need it), and parking was easy. Security at the gate is no hassle for walking or driving in or out. Front desk was friendly and helpful when I left my key in my room. You can walk to the main part of town in 12 minutes or across the bridge in 20. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

They are renovating and changed our reservation without advance notice. The windows would not close all the way letting in mosquitoes and one of our rooms had roaches. Went to front desk and they just handed us roach spray. It did not seem like they cared.

No es lo que parece
Desde nuestro primer día de llegada tuvimos problemas, la habitación tenía cucarachas enormes!! Solicitamos que nos cambien de habitación ya que se estaban metiendo en nuestras maletas, el señor del servicio muy amable nos cambió a una habitación superior; sin embargo, al día 3 volvimos a encontrar cucarachas caminando por la habitación y tuvimos que tapar los agujeros por donde se escondían, nos dimos cuenta que los veladores tenían una capa de polvo y que no se veían limpios. Nos decidimos por este hostel ya que tenia “desayuno continental” sin embargo, en Ec el desayuno continental contiene huevos, jamón o mortadela… lamentablemente aquí no. En general mis puntuaciones para este hospedaje es: - habitación 1/5 - desayuno 2/5 - piscina 5/5 Nota: Nosotros salimos únicamente en vehículo porque en la noche es un lugar muy oscuro y con casi nada de iluminación, vimos gente de calle consumiendo y para no arriesgarnos preferimos salir en auto. Los baños son compartidos NO TIENES BAÑO EN TU HABITACIÓN, pero en la descripción de hotel.Com menciona que tienes baño privado algo que no es cierto. El internet (wifi) en la habitación es deficiente, teníamos que bajar a casi la puerta para poder conectarnos.
