"Pretty location and hotel with good facilities (pool and spa are good). Most disappointing is the inconsistency of the hotel staff/service. Woman in charge of breakfast is brilliant (and breakfast is very good). Just wish all staff followed her and Ahmed's examples as other staff were rude (wife was accused of losing hotel season ski pass and comic incident where she was told "bye" multiple times when asking for milk for

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."
