Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "We stayed for one night in a family, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a drink in the lounge with family members the evening we arrived. The staff were friendly and the decor was very nice. It was good value. My only gripe is that we were late for the breakfast we paid extra for when we arrived, so I asked the receptionist if she could do anything for us and we would have our lunch there. She said yes she would refund our breakfast but never did. "

In particular Crystal at the reception desk was very professional, helpful and the perfect welcome host. I enjoyed the SPA after a long work trip. All features were working and very clean. A robe in the guest room would be nice to skip the dress/undress/dress at the SPA. "
