"Hamilton Island is unreal, the room views are amazing, dream like really. The staff were all super friendly and we had a great time visiting there. Our rooms in the Reef View hotel however were old/tired & in desperate need of upgrading. The furniture was tatty & ripped. This is not what we expected for the price we paid, or from the pictures. "Beautiful property , nice rooms, access to beach and pool. Breakfast was great each morning and location was prime. They had a free shuttle to anywhere on the island which helped when our legs were tired after a long day snorkeling. Wallabies were walking right around the property which made for a magical Aussie trip. Definitely would book here again!"

"I have been coming to Hayman Island for 30+ years and stayed in a variety of rooms over the years. The beach villa we stayed at has been slightly renovated, but is still tiered. The wall switches for the electric blinds and fans work only intermittently. . There were other peoples bags in our room when we arrived which was very “off putting” and each time we wanted ice it took 3 times to get it.
