The hotel was in close proximity of the seafront and a short walk from the town centre. The area was quiet and pleasant. The hotel itself was reasonable but very outdated and tired, and the room we stayed in had scaffolding up, right outside our window (Unavoidable sometimes, but unfortunately an eyesore). The water pressure on the shower was terrible, so showering was not a great experience. The cooked breakfast was average, but waiting staff very friendly and approachable. The reception staff allowed us to keep our luggage for the day after we checked out, which we greatly appreciated. With a little TLC, the hotel could be a lovely establishement.
