"Not as clean outside in the area around the house. The inside could use cleaning. Some of the breakfast lids were dirty. It is a nice setting with the canal in front. The front and backyard were overgrown giving a bad impression"

The breakfast was included in the rate, & also so far above our expectations...especially after having Stayed in Ibis hotels with their expensive & mundane breakfasts & terrible small rooms! This hotel is a bit difficult to find, But worth the hunt.."
