"It was very easy booking the reservation. The location was very convenient to the venue I was attending. The staff were super sweet. The only negative I could say is that in my particular room there were some tiles that were wobbly at the sink and would move when I walked across them and they made quite a bit of noise. But otherwise this was a fabulous place to stay in Rosemont."

"I need more stars available to rate this hotel!! I stayed twice at this hotel before the pandemic and was quite pleased. This time I was Blown Away by how AMAZING each and every employee was. By how they smiled and were helpful and gracious and knowledgeable and none of them shuffled you off to another person for answers. The one you asked was the one who helped you!! And they Remembered who we were even though we were two out of an event comprised of 700 And they had 2 other events happening on the same weekend. We went to the front desk to ask a question and the woman who checked us in 2 days earlier Remembered our room number!!! Clean as a whistle; fast elevators though it's a HUGE place ; ice machines (some with microwaves) on each floor; Sweet bell and housekeeping and restaurant staff; airport shuttles all day; and close enough to walk to the CTA train. STAY HERE! "
