I hadn't realised the entrance code wouldn't work before 4pm, my check in time, which was my fault!! But just thought I'd let people know so they didn't make the same error as me. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as a place to stay."

Poorly operated and unprofessional management that does not care about their guests, their plans, or their safety. You can sleep on the street for all they care. Be prepared for 20 questions the night before as well. If you prefer privacy and assurance that your plans are set, choose somewhere else to stay. "

"Picked this place because it had on-site parking. My wife is disabled. Couple days before trip got email saying on street parking only - first come. Chicago has notorious bad parking. After complaining 2x ( had to park 3 blocks away) was able to park in back of building. Host ignored all communication after that. Property was clean but no numbers on doors and outside doors constantly left open. Felt unsafe. Code lock on door didnt work normally most times. Had to use key to secure door after...
