"Floors had not been cleaned from previous occupant, nor had the toilet, which had a ring of filthy scum around the bowl. There were visible crumbs across the floor and my socks stuck to a large spill in the kitchen area and I mopped it up with a bathroom washcloth so I could walk through the area. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The blanket was thin and not warm. The kitchen sink was dirty and there were no drain plugs in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The desk chair was broken and there were stains on the furniture. In the lobby, the hot water urn was lukewarm water, which tasted like coffee, and there was no sugar, only sugar substitutes."
