"The hotel location was great for repeated trips back and forth to Mercy hospital. Room location was great on first floor near lobby since my wife has limited mobility with legs. There were a few simple common amenities missing that would have made the room more favorable: An extra chair other than just a desk chair. The TV had very limited channel access. Bathroom had no hooks anywhere to hang towels or clothes. Limited number of hangers in closet and no drawers for clothes. Lobby and restaurant...

"We loved this hotel! Very big and spacious, nice size tvs as well included. The only thing we did not like was the loose toilet that wobbled when we sat down on it."
