"We were only guests for one night but Samantha made our stay memorable. Prior to check in I had called and spoken to her, twice. Both times she was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, I apologized for being so “extra” and she just smiled and said it was no problem. When we went to our room our lock on the door was having issues and wouldn’t lock. Samantha sent maintenance up right away and he fixed it."
