"The location was right at the center of the city with tram station right next to the hotel entrance. Very easy communication to rest of the city either by a car or tram. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staffs and would strongly recommend this location for that alone. However, the facilities felt a bit worn down. For example: 1. Only one elevator button was working and even that was stiff. 2. Only one elevator was functional on day one, but they were working from the next day. 3. Couldn't get the treadmill from the gym working. 4. The pool was closed for the season and I feel it's a bit early to do this. All in all, I was happy at the location and staff, but would appreciate the facility improvement. But may be that's the best we can get at this budget."
