"We finally got to The Holly Hill Inn, due to the weather (snow) we were contacted a couple of times by the staff, warning us about the weather, which was nice. When we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful and we arranged to have food in the restaurant, which was first class, and the breakfast in the morning was just as nice,, so highly recommended this place…. "Nice town for a stop on the coast to coast trail. It's too bad we didn't take a full rest day here as it's the biggest town on the trail. Accommodations were wonderful and staff was welcoming as we were dripping wet on arrival. Also the 2 twin beds were glorious and probably new (most are springs poking your body at the different stops). The breakfast avocado/eggs were delicious! The room was very cozy. Highly recommend "
