"Very nice hotel. Entrance is a little confusing but found it eventually. "

"Right next to the train station, so it’s very easy to walk around, and easily accessible to the city center on foot (about a 10 minute walk arcoss the street from the hotel)."

"Room was outdated, heating didn't work, put the air-conditioning to 26 degree and it still showed only 19 degrees on the display in the room, but felt like 10 degrees!"

"an absolutely terrible experience. It started when we were asked if we'd pre-ordered breakfast, we asked for something simple, rolls and coffee. we were shown to our rooms, old towels littered the floor. The rooms were small, had an unpleasant stale odour and were not ensuite. I had a hand bowl but no soap. after returning from a meal at 11pm I couldn't get to sleep as there was a bridge evening downstairs and the noise combined with an over zealous use of a microphone was unbearable. "The line for a drink at the bar was 20 people deep, so no wine for me last night. The bedroom was to hot, turned the A/C on and it was to loud so could not sleep. I could hear people walking around upstairs. Whilst the hotel can not be blamed for the rain hitting the windows, they could have the trees cut back to atop the branches hitting the windows in the wind. "
