Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Nice family friendly hotel in a good location and secure parking for a very small fee. Close to motorway, 15 minutes from Breda city centre, local attractions and nature (Biesbosch). Lots of local shops, pubs and food places on the doorstep. Friendly service, good breakfast and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Family room we booked was huge with a seating area and lots of space but a little dark. We will definitely book again for our regular trips to this part of the Netherlands. "

"The line for a drink at the bar was 20 people deep, so no wine for me last night. The bedroom was to hot, turned the A/C on and it was to loud so could not sleep. I could hear people walking around upstairs. Whilst the hotel can not be blamed for the rain hitting the windows, they could have the trees cut back to atop the branches hitting the windows in the wind. "
