"Easy check in with great service, made everything smooth and simple. And even gave us tips of where to go and made conversation about the concert we were going to see. Room was completely clean and bigger than we thought it was going to be, shower water pressure was very good. Unlimited wifi which was fairly quick. Room service was also great. Overall I highly recommend staying here and would also recommend getting the parking for $10 a night as it definitely made life a whole lot easier."

"No handy bedside light on one side of bed. Furniture is terribly outdated. Rusty heater on wall. Rusty bedside light. Broken kitchen cupboards. Broken floor skirting board. Only two drinking mugs, both stained. grubby tea-towel. Overall condition of unit very poor and depressing."
