"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. "We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up. "

"Overall nice safe visit for a one night stay. Card key was difficult to use and stopped working just before we checked out and we had to go back down to desk to get it activated again. The elevator was very SLOW. Hesitated for a long while once we got to the floor before it opened. Breakfast was satisfying. Nice variety of food and drinks. But no one was wiping off tables between guests. Water pressure in shower was weak with a lot of water coming out of tub spout. Desk staff were nice,...
