"The front desk personnel who was working when I arrived was so great - I cannot remember her name but she was very helpful when checking me in and assisted me with getting a remote for my room as I could not locate one in the room. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a small amount of noise from the road but it wasn’t too bad and definitely wasn’t noticeable when I went to sleep. The bed was so comfortable that I just wanted to lounge in it all day- lol… I enjoyed the complimentary...

"The receptionist, Ms Consuelo Winston should organize training sessions for others to learn how to serve customers when the lobby is packed full and how to work under pressure. She calmed everyone with nice words and demeanor. I was at the lobby for about 45 minutes but was just in awe with the manner in which she alone was able to work with that many patrons infant of her. The building itself is clean, quiet and located in a very convenient area with stores and restaurants close by."
