"The staff were wonderful. We were there for my sons graduation from Navy bootcamp. They were knowledgeable and helpful. No issues with the room, everything was great."

"It was a great stay. Only a few issues. Our fan blew out cold air when it was 14 degrees outside. Heat was set to 74 degrees inside. Carpet in hallways looked terrible. "

"This was a great place to stay for our daughter’s Navy boot camp graduation. Easy, short drive to Great Lakes base, shopping and places to eat everywhere, across the street from Sarge’s Meet and Greet, and quiet. We had very noisy upper neighbors and when I told the front desk about it, they went up there and it was quiet from then forward. Good, warm, plentiful continental breakfast every morning, and a nice accommodative staff. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!"

"Our keys didn't work. The lady kept saying keep keys away from cell phones and we did. But the keys didn't work. Finally an older gentelman walked down to the door with me with a new key that he held the entire time and he tried to open the door and it failed. There were not enough pillows or towels "
