"Sometimes you don't know what to expect when staying at a hotel for the first time. The pictures always look nice but then you get there and things can be a little sketchy. I was pleasantly surprised as was my wife at the condition of the property, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall experience that we had. This is a very well maintained facility and we had a nice stay even though it was a short one. We will definitely be staying at this property again when we visit relatives in the area."

"Was centrally located between Northwestern and the Chicago Botanic Gardens, both of which we were visiting. Hotel itself was fancier than I imagined with really cute decor. Some people in the hall were a bit noisy one evening and could hear people outside in the parking lot talking very clearly even though we were on the second floor. Didn't bother me much though. Pillows and bed were extremely comfy!"
