"The cleaning staff was extremely unprofessional and noisy in the hallways. I tried to rest a bit later the next day after arriving from Boston, but it was simply impossible, even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. "Website said there was free shuttle from airport to hotel. Landed, picked up baggage and called hotel for shuttle. After 3 more phone calls, we were picked up 90 minutes after the first call. It was a 1.5 mile trip that was not walkable due to the tunnel under the airport. I would have ordered an Uber or taxi if I wasn’t reassured after each phone call that we would be picked up shortly.
