"Well, it was a very busy hotel, the staff was very efficient and the accommodations were nice. Be prepared to wait a while to check in during busy times. Also, it isn’t easily accessible to the airport. It’s quite a walk."

"The hotel is very nice overall. There is a shuttle from the airport with a round trip at £12. Cheaper than a taxi. The lobby, restaurant, bar area, and lounge are fairly chic. Makes you feel luxurious even if you’re travelling for business. Most importantly, the room was immaculately clean and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Slept soundly. It was a bit cold temperature-wise, even with the heat on—but turning the heat off, actually raised the temperature by several degrees—just by keeping the lights on for a couple of hours. The staff was not very friendly— a bit snobbish, really, but they did what was needed. Plenty of restaurants to order from around there—a good thing, because the menu is expensive and limited."
