"This was an amazing location to stay in. Quick walk to Boston Commons, central to get to lots of things. The apartment was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you would need if you wanted to eat in the apartment or cook a meal. Would highly recommend staying at this spot especially if you are a family and looking for more than a single hotel room."

"The building is like an apartment, the room a bed with a closet and bathroom (depending on what you book). It was clean and comfortable and I felt safe. Within walking distance of the Common, train station, and the Freedom Trail. Good communication with staff via text/email. I’d stay again! "Great Newberry St location. Walk to shops & restaurants. Parking car was a bit of a walk. 3rd flr no elevator. TV was a bit difficult but room was clean, comfy & great location!"

"Check in and out were both fast and easy thanks to the app. My only gripe is if you happen to be staying on the 4th floor like I did, be warned that there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor so you’ll hear chairs pulling in and out until they close at midnight, followed by what I’m assuming is a garbage or mop bucket rolling around for a few hours after that. The patio from the adjoined restaurant Althea can get a little noisy as well, but it does die down around 10pm. "

"Beacon Hill is a good central location and about 30 minutes walk to the Convention Center. There’s a Whole Foods nearby for groceries. My room was small but fine for one person. Check in and out was easy. My only complaint was that there was no way to adjust the fan speed on the climate control and it was noidy but this was not a dealbreaker. "

"This is an entire apartment near the airport. There is public transportation nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. The front desk is not always there. There are several building and several entrances which make it a little confusing. Was dropped off at one side entrance, walked to the front, then the front desk person walked me to another building into the back entrance. But when I left I left out of the front entrance. So yeah, that was very confusing. Otherwise my stay was pleasant "

"Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. "

"Everything would have been perfect if it was not for our check in. We told the lady at the reception that we saw our room 500$ cheaper online and if there was something she could do, she said no we asked if we could at least get a room with view and she said for 50$ more per night. We already had paid 250$ more per night for a basic room. She just kept saying there was nothing she could do. Very basic customer experience and service for a 5 stars hotel. If there is nothing you can do, go get someone who can"
