"I came to Richmond, Va for my family The McKendell family's Pre Thanksgiving Gathering 2024. And I didn't book before leaving Sanford,NC. It was my first time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the HOT breakfast was a plus. This will be my go to when i come back to.this area to visit."

"Everything at the Jefferson is perfect. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, soaking tubs and large showers, amazing restaurants and a level to superior hospitality that you do not see anymore. "

"The hotel looks newly renovated. Everything looked clean and in very good condition. The dining area has a good variety of seating and large screen TVs. Several eateries are in walking distance (Chipotle, Panera, Chick-fil-A, etc.)."

"Excellent HI Xpress. We got seriously delayed in construction traffic so called ahead and they checked us in since we didn’t arrive until 12:40am. Really nice. "
