It was my second time staying and it’s still as good as the first time. Even better because it’s fully renovated. Staff were kind. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom sink. It was a way too small so almost no room to put stuff on and it was kind of difficult to use when brushing your teeth and washing your face but other than that we had a nice stay.

Second time in Oahu and must say this hotel met all my requirements, few minutes right down from the beach , pretty modern and clean, garage parking and best of all they had a hospitality room in case your flight leaves later throughout the day

Very good location. Clean fairly modern nice larger rooms. Pool had day beds loungers and umbrellas. Safe in our room didn’t lock and only warm no hot water in the shower. Offered a hospitality suite if we needed after check out, which we didn’t use but was nice to learn of.

The staff was great! Very friendly and very helpful. The location was good, right in the middle of everything and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The room was ok. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, no counter space, and the shower was TINY. I really don't think it could accommodate a plus size person and the water pressure was terrible.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and just a short walk to the beach, plenty of shopping including the International Marketplace, and many other dining dining options. Staff were very helpful and courteous, and the property was very clean. My room was ready early when I arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are well appointed but lack an in-room microwave. The a/c wasn't working effectively and the size of the shower wasn't as depicted in the stock photos, very tiny. The rate for parking wasnt adjusted for the military rate because of third party booking. Always a catch is typical Oahu. No breakfast and the elevators wait times were lengthy. All in all a decent stay, but we'd choose another hotel with more amenities for the value over this one in the future.

Jessica at check in was polite and professional. Tracy at front desk provided excellent customer service and her service of over 30 . years is unmatched. Construction in front of hotel was a bit noisy but the suite made up for it. Bathroom was really tight with no counter space and shower faucet was not user friendly. I would definitely stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise again..
