"Though the room itself was dated, the circular toilet seat did not match the oval toilet, and the floors screeched what made my stay pleasant was the woman at the front desk the evenings. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and all around a very pleasant woman to interact with, i did not catch her name and wish i would have."

"Loved the spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment! The housekeeping staff was amazing! The appliances were in pristine condition. A very nice, quiet place to stay for a relaxing vacation! Although a ROKU TV was in the apartment, I had to purchase my own antenna so I could get local stations because the TV was streaming only. It was also very difficult to get door to door delivery for groceries, food, etc."

"The only issue we had was we had to call to verify because we received a message that said we will receive unit number in 3 days when we booked the day before & the locker number combination wasnt in the messages we had to call to get everything "

"The bathroom ceiling needs paint and screws are loose from the ceiling vent. A few mornings workers were outside my bedroom window working at 7am, making noise. That is a little early!!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay here for numerous reasons. The apartment complex is set in a pleasant neighborhood; we enjoyed going for walks both in the day and night. The apartment complex itself is very charming. Somebody or somebodies did an excellent job with blending aesthetics of the past with modern conveniences & style. "This was a GREAT place to stay! Only downside was there was loud noise from the bar late at night (until 2AM) AND THEN loud noise REALLY early (like 5AM) from construction. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the place for you. Also a few cleanliness issues (make up on bed sheets and hair found on coffee maker). Otherwise was a great place to stay!"

"Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great. "

"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"It was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend just walking outside at night was a bit unsafe. I also recommend that you read the information sent to you for checking in well. Lots to learn but worth it!"

"The owner communicated well and in a timely manner. The place was nice and the bed was comfortable."

"Overall our stay was great. It had what we needed for our short stay. Place was clean and stocked well enough for just the two of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the big foam pad on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable and when we looked, the support legs in the middle under the bed weren’t upright and wouldn’t stay upright so we both kept sinking to the middle. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay."
