I’ve emailed them and tried chatting to the AI and also a live person on booking was promised three things, Seaview Bottle o f wine and a hotel with a pool neither were available no compensation no answers no nothing I can’t blame the hotel. I must blame hotels.com because of falce advertisement they Take money from customers and don’t get back to them."

"We booked a stay in the junior suite (with jacuzzi), planning to stay in Milazzo for only two nights. But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet). On the second day, we realized just how relaxed we felt at this hotel, so we decided to stay an extra two nights! It was well worth it. I came back from Italy feeling totally relaxed and restored."
