Virginia Beach hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Needs new beds. The bed made a banging sound when i sat on it. And they just felt old. Other than that everything else was great. "

"The staff were lovely! Parking is 20 per day but its in a safe garage . We were there for a basketball tournament and it was very convenient . It was clean and the breakfast was standard but based on other reveiws from other places breakfast at the virginia beach hotels are not up to the hotel usual standards. The breakfast was just enough but would have loved more options "

"No water! We received a letter under our door explaining water would be turned off the next day... BUT floors above the 9th would not be impacted. Our water (10th floor) was shut off around 9:30 AM. No morning shower! Toilet had only 1 flush after water it was turned off. No available toilets in the lobby or restaurant. We had to use (2) $7.00 bottles of water to clean up. Then use the public toilet outside on the boardwalk. (... major ordeal to get $14 credited back to my account) "Off-season" shouldn't mean "shrug-service""

"Loved the retro furnishings, plenty of games and activities for guests to enjoy. We also enjoyed our breakfast in the diner. Will definitely book with them again."

"The location was perfect being right at the ocean. We loved being on the balcony overlooking the beach. The suite was spacious and clean. They accommodated us when we asked for adjoining rooms. Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good serving a variety of options but nothing fancy. Free parking. Very nice stay and would return."
