"The lady in charge is so kind and sweet. 1st we got a room in the 1st floor next to a person who had very loud music and they were smoking, the smoke was notable in the room thay we got so we asked to be changed and the lady right away made all the arrarrangements. "

"The staff especially Kim was amazing. Hotel was clean. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There is a lot of room for improvement on that. I booked for a room on first floor and when I checked in I did not get room I selected thru Hotels.com. They did comp us our parking fee for the mix up."
