"Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area. "

"Absolutely perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed all the time. The rooms were just the perfect setting - we had a suite with 2 bedrooms and it was super comfy. View was great too. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is just right - in front of beach and walking distance to everything in the town Only thing to suggest to the hotel is consider charging F&M to the room instead of paying on the spot eg the pool area"

"First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it. "

As vegetarians, we found the buffet options a bit limited, but the team went above and beyond to cater to us almost every night, which made us feel really cared for. "This property is very beautiful! I enjoyed waking up early to catch the sunrise in our ocean view room. The room is very spacious and clean! The property had multiple restaurants with great food, a karaoke bar with live entertainment (which we loved), and so many pools! The staff was pleasant and checked on us daily! Mi, one of the managers was amazing! She helped with booking our dinner and amenity reservations daily! Thank you Mi! My boyfriend has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and the hotel ensured that all the staff knew! Every restaurant we went to, the staff was already aware which made him feel at ease. During the middle of our stay, we decided to book another stay at this property to bring our family! We truly loved this place! We rate this property 10/10! "
