"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. "The receptionist was smiling and completed the procedure in one minute and did the check-in procedures at 12 before the appointment. Check-in is at 4. The room is large and has a dining table and kitchen appliances for living. I recommend this hotel apartment for those who come on a business trip for two days or more. 5 minutes walk from the main train station. All the stuff there very friendly "

"A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar."

"We love staying in this place! We went during Christmas season so the hotel was nicely decorated, it made us feel just like home. Breakfast was delicious, however the lady making the omelets that morning needs to take a customer service class or just stay in the back. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant (DÉLICE La Brasserie) and all the waiters were so attentive and polite. Our room was comfortable and spacious, however it needed a little makeover, some of the cabinets in the bathroom were broken. "

Great stay in a newly renovated hotel

"Very enjoyable stay in a newly renovated airport hotel. My flight was cancelled and very kind staff allowed me to check in early and were very friendly and professional. Especially Miss.Kiss on reception, who is extremely professional and helpful. Hotel is very well laid out with a nice restaurant and handy snack shop, even with pizza ovens in case you fancied a snack instead of the restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. And there is a handy bus right outside the hotel that takes you to/from hotel for a couple of euro."
